This Policy applies to the HyperDynamic QR Codes Engine™ — Core subscription offered by QR Omniverse, LLC. QR Listverse is the first available module.
Core offer
Core includes a 14-day free trial followed by $29 per month. Stripe Checkout displays the authoritative amount and billing date before subscription confirmation. Unless canceled, the payment method on file is charged automatically when the trial ends and monthly thereafter.
Cancellation
Account owners and administrators may cancel through Manage Billing in Account Settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period, and no further recurring invoice is scheduled. Service remains available through the effective cancellation date unless access is restricted for security, abuse, or legal reasons.
Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable and no prorated credit is provided for a partially used billing period, except when required by law or when QR Omniverse determines that a billing correction is appropriate. Report suspected duplicate or incorrect charges promptly to support.
Failed payments
If a payment fails or becomes past due, Account Settings may show Billing needs attention. During the current MVP review process, service is not automatically deleted solely because an invoice failed. The customer remains responsible for updating payment information and resolving the balance through Stripe or QR Omniverse support.
Taxes and price changes
The stated subscription price excludes taxes. Applicable taxes, if required, may be added and displayed before payment. Any future price change applies prospectively and will be communicated before it affects an active subscription as required by law.
Billing support
Contact support@qromniverse.com. Include the account name, signed-in email, charge date, and amount. Do not email payment-card numbers, Stripe keys, passwords, or one-time sign-in links.
