This Policy explains how QR Omniverse, LLC handles information used to provide HyperDynamic QR Codes Engine™ and its available modules, including QR Listverse.
Information we handle
- Account and contact information, including business or account name, name, email address, role, and support communications.
- QR configuration, destinations, status, and account activity.
- Scan-event information, including time, QR and account identifiers, IP address, user agent, derived device/browser/operating-system details, and referrer when available.
- Subscription identifiers and billing status received from Stripe. Complete payment-card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored by QR Omniverse.
- Essential session cookies and security records used for sign-in, fraud prevention, throttling, and service protection.
How information is used
We use information to provide redirects and analytics, administer accounts and subscriptions, send sign-in and service messages, answer support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, maintain security, comply with law, and improve the service.
Service providers and disclosure
We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, including hosting/database providers, Stripe for billing, and Postmark for transactional email; when directed by an authorized account; or when required for legal, safety, or security purposes. QR Omniverse does not sell personal information.
Retention and choices
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, preserve security and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Account owners may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support. Some records may remain when retention is legally or operationally required.
Security, children, and changes
We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is risk-free. Customer services are not directed to children under 13. We may update this Policy prospectively and will publish the revised effective date.
