These Terms govern use of HyperDynamic QR Codes Engine™ and its modules, including QR Listverse, provided by QR Omniverse, LLC. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Service and accounts
The QR Listverse module provides dynamic QR-code creation, destination management, redirect service, and scan analytics. You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your email and account session, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive activity. You are responsible for every destination, file, message, offer, and representation connected to your QR codes and for obtaining any permissions or consents required for that content.
Subscriptions
Core subscription terms, trial timing, cancellation, refunds, and taxes are stated in the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Stripe processes subscription payments. QR Omniverse does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Availability and QR continuity
QR Omniverse works to keep redirects and account tools available but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Printed QR codes depend on the associated account, QR status, destination, subscription state, internet access, and compatible scanning software. Test every QR before printing or distribution.
Ownership and suspension
You retain responsibility for your content and destination rights. QR Omniverse retains its software, branding, documentation, and service technology. We may restrict service to protect users, the platform, legal compliance, or security, and will use reasonable notice when circumstances allow.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. QR Omniverse is not responsible for third-party destinations, customer content, printing losses, or decisions made from scan analytics. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains subject to applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a revised effective date. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated when required. Questions: support@qromniverse.com.
